There is no secret that the NGO sector is not the most diverse industry out there. Reports by ACEVO in 2018 showed us that only 9% of the voluntary sector workforce is from a BAME background, which decreases significantly in more senior positions. Join us as we will be exploring how Apprenticeships have provided an opportunity for NGO organisations to widen access, reaching individuals from diverse backgrounds.
