## Multiverse & Bond: Improve diversity in the NGO space through Apprenticeships

### 15th February 2021| 2 PM - 3PM

*There is no secret that the NGO sector is not the most diverse industry out there.* [*Reports by ACEVO in 2018*](https://www.acevo.org.uk/reports/racial-diversity-in-the-charity-sector/)*showed us that only 9% of the voluntary sector workforce is from a BAME background, which decreases significantly in more senior positions. Join us as we will be exploring how Apprenticeships have provided an opportunity for NGO organisations to widen access, reaching individuals from diverse backgrounds.*

**You will:**

- Find out exactly how apprenticeships are helping the NGO sector diversify.
- Hear from other world-renowned NGO originations using apprenticeships.
- Hear directly from Multiverse about how your organsation can get involved.
