Data leaders realise that products, services, and solutions they build can impact not only their organisation, but also the market, the wider economy, and, most importantly, society. In financial services, biased AI algorithms that reward certain groups of people over others can affect lending and credit decisioning processes. In hiring, it can unintentionally discriminate against underrepresented groups, preventing organisations from building diversity of thought.

Being a responsible leader means building inclusive solutions, and ensuring that the people behind technology reflect their customer base. We're inviting such leaders to join the closed-door round table, discuss their challenges, and compare notes:
