What does working with Multiverse look like?
We align on your needs.
Our work starts with a deep dive into your organisation to align on goals and what you want to accomplish. From there, we’ll create tailored programmes that ensure apprentices are learning your tech stack first and gaining hands-on experience in your organisation.
We connect you with great talent.
After each apprentice is carefully assessed for their competencies, values, and professional desires, your organisation is given the opportunity to interview and hire those that are the best fit for your needs.
We oversee training.
Once chosen, Multiverse oversees and manages apprentices as they complete both their professional and technical skills training. Through workshops, bootcamps, and 1:1 coaching, we take an applied learning approach that gives apprentices ample opportunities to immediately implement the things they learn.
How do Multiverse apprenticeship programmes prepare entry-level talent?
Foundational technical & durable skills
Over 15 months, Multiverse equips apprentices with the foundational technical and durable skills they’ll need to be successful in agile environments, aligned with the technologies and frameworks most relevant to their role and your organisation.
An Applied Learning Model
Taking the best aspects of Computer Science and Data Analytics degrees plus traditional bootcamps focused on practical skills, Multiverse incorporates it all into an applied learning model—giving apprentices the chance to immediately apply the things they’re learning.
Proficiency Building
By the time apprentices complete the programme, they will have built proficiency in the tech stack specific to your company, and will have made key contributions to initiatives at your organisation.
Focused Specialties & Credentialing
Apprentices also have the opportunity to explore a specialty area most relevant to your organisation’s needs as well as gain the appropriate professional credentialing required for their continued success.
